The Harvey County Administration Department manages many of the county’s operations, including: 

  • Annual budget preparation and management
  • Coordination of all county policies
  • Public information and media requests
  • Human Resources and payroll for all county employees
  • Purchasing, risk management, accounting and other financial services
  • County Commission meeting agenda preparation
  • Geographic Information Systems management
  • Citizen advisory board coordination.
This department is also the primary contact for the Board of Harvey County Commissioners and for the public to obtain information about county policies, programs and projects.
