Immunizations
Immunizations
provide protection from disease to children and adults
Regular checkups and immunizations help to protect your
children from many dangerous diseases. The following immunizations
need to be given before your child is two years old in order
to protect them during the most vulnerable period: hepatitis
B, polio, measles, mumps, rubella (German measles), pertussis
(whooping cough), diphtheria, tetanus (lockjaw), Haemophilus
influenzae type b, pneumococcal infections, and chickenpox.
